The "KJ" Process
STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION
We believe that the first step is just as important as the rest. When it comes to painting your home, we take pride in making sure we are with you every step of the way. That includes the very first phone call. We are eager to get to know you and get to know about your needs. The first point of contact, the first call you have with us, leads to us scheduling an estimate with you and getting to know more about what you need and want.
STEP 2: ESTIMATE
The moment we step foot on your property we are already at work to find the best solutions for what you are looking for. We are detailed, punctual, and upfront with our approach. We do our best to make sure you are getting the best possible advice and the best possible customer experience. Our estimates typically last 30 minutes to an hour. In that time we are busy working, brainstorming and planning on how we can help you to the utmost of our ability. Once the estimate is complete, we find out if we’re a good fit for you and if you’re a good fit for our company. Then finally the fun part begins if you choose to go with us.
STEP 3: SCHEDULING/PLANNING
Planning the job and scheduling is a big part of the painting process. Yet again we strive to be very Thorough in our approach. Picking colors, getting HOA approval, and preparing your job so that you can enjoy a smooth, care free, and worry free process.
STEP 4: PRODUCE JOB
At this point the job has begun! Prep work, cleaning, prepping exterior or interior surfaces, setting up the job site and so on. We move quickly and efficiently to produce a high quality job, and a professional experience for our clients. We care about you and your home. We don’t take it lightly you’ve chosen us for your paint job. It’s a big deal! It’s an investment. When we are on the job site your opinion matters! If you spot any deficiencies with our work please let us know! We want to make sure your project comes together, to your standard! And We take that seriously! Producing the job is where it all comes together. Each day we are there if you have questions or concerns. And if there are any speed bumps or hiccups during the job, we fix it and make it right quickly! We do all the necessary prep work, we apply the paint safely and effectively and lastly we double check our work and begin the cleanup process.
STEP 5: FINAL WALKTHROUGH
Once the job is completed we make sure everything is in tip-top shape and everything has been done correctly. We don’t like to miss anything, so we are very careful when it comes to the final walkthrough. The final walkthrough takes place right before the final payout. We do it that way to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied! If at any point you would like us to do a touch up or make us aware of any problems you have -- this would be the time to do it! Your satisfaction is what we strive for!
STEP 6: FOLLOW UP
At this point we follow up, ask for reviews, and take pictures of the transformation that’s taken place. If you make it to this point we truly do appreciate your business and we love what we do.
